Yes. Gaia’s ReLeaf™ is completely caffeine-free and safe to drink any time of day, especially in the evening.

How do I brew the tea?

Use 1–2 teaspoons per 8 oz cup.
Pour hot water (around 200°F), steep for 5–7 minutes, strain, and enjoy.
For a deeper flavor, steep 10+ minutes.

Do you offer refunds or returns?

No. Due to the consumable nature of our product, all sales are final.
If your order arrives damaged or missing items, contact us within 48 hours.
