Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.
Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we experience high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. You will be notified of any significant delays.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the weight of your order.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):
Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–4 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50 (before tax and discounts).


Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Gaia’s ReLeaf™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered or incomplete addresses.
Please double-check all information before placing your order.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for reshipment fees.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is handed to the carrier, Gaia’s ReLeaf™ is no longer responsible for delays, lost mail, or stolen packages.
If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly and/or file a claim.

We will always help guide you if you need assistance.


Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the package and items so we can help resolve the issue.
